Position Overview

Termite Inspectors protect the home and property of individuals by conducting thorough inspections through the use of termite-detecting K9s along with high tech inspection tools. Handlers will also apply pesticides in and around homes to protect against termites.

Pay

• Salary with commission, plus incentives
• Estimated Annual Income: $28,400 - $57,704 
  

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and emails from the office
• Caring for and continually training a K9 partner
  
• Entering attics, sheds, basements, and crawlspaces as needed
  
• Maintaining a strong working relationship with a K9 partner
  
• Mixing, applying, and documenting the use of pesticides
  
• Operating a service vehicle
  
• Scheduling, routing, and inspecting several properties daily
  
• use and care of high tech, fragile inspection tools
