Position Overview

Commercial Pest Control Technicians apply pesticides in and around office buildings and other commercial properties to protect health and food quality against a variety of pests, including ants, roaches, spiders, termites, and rodents. As needed, additional appointments are set and interior applications and inspections are conducted.

Pay

• Salary with commission, plus incentives
• Estimated Annual Income: $26,000 - $49,000

 

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and emails from the office
• Entering attics, sheds, basements, and crawlspaces as needed
  
• Operating a service vehicle
  
• Mixing, applying, and documenting the use of pesticides
  
• Scheduling appointments with customers
  
• Scheduling, routing, and servicing hundreds of customer accounts each week.
