- Addressing customer concerns via phone & email
- Cold-calling and upsetting service programs
- Managing leads and documenting progress of each sale
- Data Entry
- General Sales Rep support
- Reviewing contracts and processing sales commissions
- Monitoring email, live chat, and other online lead sources
